Legal Agreement:
It is hereby notified that Kolachi Method of Trading, Kolachi Price Method, Kolachi Carry Method and Kolachi Method 2 of Trading are copyrighted under Law. All rights of copying, reproducing in any form for commercial or non commercial purposes are reserved with Mr.Kolachi, MA.
Kolachi Methods can undoubtedly be used by individual traders for their trading and notes can be taken for personal use but can�t be shared with anyone who is not supposed to get information legally. It means Kolachi Methods of Trading can only be shared among the members of Kolachi Forum and Kolachi Academy.
All members of Kolachi Private Forum are legally bound to accept the following agreement and pledge to abide by it sincerely:
1) I know that Kolachi Methods are copyrighted.
2) All rights of copying and reproducing are reserved with Mr.Kolachi, MA.
3) I will not copy it to share with anyone.
4) Any notes taken by me in course of learning and trading will be solely for my personal use.
5) I will not reproduce it for sharing purpose.
6) I will not reproduce it for commercial purposes in any form including but not limited to book, e-book, notes, photocpy, pdf or any electronic form.
7) I know that Kolachi, MA has shared Kolachi Method with bonafide intention and to help traders, and I absolve him of any responsibility whatsoever for my trading decisions and any losses incurred during trading.
8) I will abide by all rules of Kolachi Forum or/and Kolachi Academy implemented from time to time by Mr.Kolachi, MA.
9) I morally pledge myself to learn Kolachi Method sincerely and will not indulge in any act which intends to disgrace Mr.Kolachi, MA or Kolachi Method of Trading or to Kolachi Community.
10) I pledge that if I do not like Kolachi Method or Kolachi.tv or Kolachi Community, I will separate myself honorably from it but will respect all above pledges and will not cause any act to demoralize or disgrace Mr.Kolachi, MA or Kolachi Trader or Kolachi Community. However, I can within moral limits comment on factual outcome and results of Kolachi Method in public.
11)I by accpeting entry into Kolachi Private Forum acknoweldge that I accept this legal agreement and pledge to respect it.
